Pan seared Tilapia sautéed with hearts of palm, mushrooms, and basil in a Chablis wine sauce OR Lobster Ravioli with spinach in a creamy saffron sauce.

Thursday
Blackened Salmon with capers and mushrooms in white wine lemon-butter sauce, served with a side of pasta. OR Penne alla Vodka baked pasta, grilled chicken, sweet peas, fresh tomatoes and melted mozzarella in Rossini sauce.

Friday
Shrimp Cannelloni, pasta stuffed with shrimp, spinach, and mozzarella topped with a Béchamel sauce. OR Cod Almondine Almond-crusted trout topped with sage in white wine sauce, served with a side of pasta.
